Buyer use
PolicyBuyers use Fenfair-powered shops for legitimate purchases, quote requests, proof reviews, and order communication.
Payments
PolicyFenfair does not store raw card numbers. Payment processing, taxes, disputes, and payouts depend on the connected payment processor and seller eligibility.
Acceptable use
PolicyCounterfeit goods, unsafe products, deceptive listings, harassment, spam, and attempts to bypass security controls are not allowed.
Account closure
PolicySellers can request needed business records before closing an account. Some records may be retained when required for payments, disputes, tax, safety, or compliance.
Ownership
The seller keeps the business relationship.
- Fenfair is not a marketplace and does not own the buyer relationship.
- Fenfair does not add a Fenfair transaction fee to seller sales.
- Sellers approve public shop changes, customer messages, proofs, refunds, quotes, and campaigns.
- Subscriptions and paid features are described plainly before a seller is charged.
